Paedonoia - Paedophilia Paranoia

99% of guys (me included) loathe nonces, and would rather cut off their own bollocks with a rusty spoon rather than shag a kid. BUT the paranoia over paedophilia is hindering normal relationships between men and children. All guys are considered 'potential rapists and paedophiles' by some, and that is insulting, wrong, and it hurts the children it's supposed to protect by instilling an irrational fear of male adults.

This is just one of the many paranoias people have about their kids. Teaching kids fear screws them up.

However, if criminals were effectively removed from society by the law, people wouldn't feel they need to be so damn paranoid about bad stuff happening...

Paedo-noia

One of the worst erosions of quality of life for children is the climate of fear and distrust that this generation have grown up with which states that 'every man is a potential rapist or paedophile'.

This fear prevents people (i.e. men) from interacting normally with children because they're treated with suspicion...

Paedo-noia has been perpetrated by inadequate policing and justice, and by man-hating feminists with an inferiority complex (for the purpose of making them feel better about themselves).

Like 99% of the men out there - I think paedophilia is as bad as killing someone - only worse. It is possibly the single most vile and abhorrent thing a person could do.

To be treated as if you might be a paedophile is possibly the single most insulting thing that anyone can accuse you of. People hate nonces, that's why they have to have their own prison wings.

Punish Paedos - Not Everyone Else

Half the trouble with this situation is that the law is stupidly lenient on nonces... Today a guy got sent down for just four years (out in 18 months) for assaulting a girl (I don't want to know the details)... Another guy got 5 years for trying to lure a 13 year old girl to his flat.

People get sent to jail for 3 times longer for growing a bit of weed in their loft.

The government is always talking about what 'message' a law 'sends out' (wankers). Well what kind of a message does this send out d'ya think? Hmmm?

Bring Back The Mental Hospitals - We Still Have Nutters!

Paedophilia is a mental illness. Those with the condition should be treated in a secure facility, until either they are cured, or deemed incurable - in which case they should never be allowed out.

Both Tory & Labour governments have reduced the number of places in secure mental hospitals from 160,000 to just 30,000 over the last 40 years. So there's no place to put these people...

Castration, or LIFE (i.e. all of it!) for second convictions!

I would support a policy of castration for second-time offenders... The law might get it wrong once, but it's pretty unlikely twice...

Apparently it takes away those sexual urges... Sounds ideal.

When I was a child, I was lucky enough to grow up in a shared house where all the adults were trusted friends. I greatly benefitted from spending time with a whole range of adults - not just my parents.

Everyone should be able to treat other people's kids like kids- not with kid gloves...

Children need the infuence of both male and female adults to grow up balanced. With the explosion of single parent families, many of these children will go without one or the other. In this case - it is all the more important that friends can take on the role of part-time parent - without being accused of being a sick-fuck...
